¾«¶«Ó°Òµmission of the Women of Color Collective is to provide a platform which fosters the professional development, mental wellness, networking and personal growth of women-identifying faculty and staff of color at ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ University and their allies. ¾«¶«Ó°Òµgoal is to build a community among women of color at ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ University, through guided conversations that make meaning of their intersecting identities as it pertains to their career journey. ¾«¶«Ó°ÒµWomen of Color Collective is an initiative developed by the Women's Center Action Council. 

¾«¶«Ó°Òµgroup typically meets once a month and discusses a variety of topics that support sisterhood and the advancement of women of color.
