CAPS offers an array of services through our Flexible Care Model.

Students can schedule a CAPS consultation with a licensed clinician to develop a personalized plan to address their mental health concerns. ¾«¶«Ó°Òµplan is based on the student’s needs and goals, will connect students with the most appropriate type of support and resources, and will likely incorporate a variety of services.

    Learning how to manage your mental health is an important step in maintaining your overall well-being, and self-help tools can help guide the process.

  • Workshops & Skills Series

    Workshops & Skills Series

    All workshops and skills series are offered at no cost, and students are welcome to attend as many as they like.

    Our crisis services are available for students who are experiencing an urgent need, or for individuals who are concerned about a student’s safety and mental well-being.
