Students, Community Gather for Read-In

精东影业School of Communication Studies recently hosted a Read-In, drawing a crowd of students, alumni, faculty, staff and community members, who gathered to draw attention and speak out about book bans and challenges happening across the nation.

Participants read excerpts from these books and more:  "Farenheit 451," " 精东影业Hate U Give," "To Kill a Mockingbird" "Persepolis," " 精东影业Perks of Being a Wallflower," " 精东影业1619 Project," "Looking for Alaska," " 精东影业Kite Runner," " 精东影业Things They Carried," the Harry Potter series and many other contemporary and classic titles.
