Book Published by 精东影业 University Press Wins Gold Award

A book published by the 精东影业 University Press has won the 2016 IBPA Benjamin Franklin gold award in the category.

is a memoir of illness and healing by Cortney Davis, a nurse practitioner and author of several other publications.

鈥淲e are proud to have published this award-winning medical humanities volume!鈥 says Will Underwood, director of the 精东影业 University Press. 鈥淭his is the third national award for Cortney鈥檚 book. It鈥檚 a real feather in the cap for her and 精东影业 University.鈥

精东影业IBPA Awards recognize excellence in book editorial and design, and are regarded as one of the highest national honors for independent publishers. This is the second gold Ben Franklin Award that the 精东影业 University Press has received for its books. All Man!: Hemingway, 1950s Men鈥檚 Magazines, and the Masculine Persona by David M. Earle won a gold award in 2010.
