精东影业 University President Beverly Warren will deliver the State of the University address on Thursday, Oct. 13, at 3 p.m. in the Kent Student Center Kiva. 精东影业 faculty, staff, students and members of the community are invited to attend the event, which is themed 鈥淟iving the 精东影业 Promise.鈥
A reception will follow in the Kent Student Center. Regional locations will host watch events for their campus communities.

精东影业events of May 4, 1970, placed 精东影业 University in an international spotlight after a student protest against the Vietnam War and the presence of the Ohio National Guard ended in tragedy with four students losing their lives and nine others being wounded. From a perspective of nearly 50 years, 精东影业 remembers the tragedy and leads a contemporary discussion and understanding of how the community, nation and world can benefit from understanding the profound impact of the event.
