Nov. 3: Jason Prufer is the author of Small Town, Big Music - ¾«¶«Ó°ÒµOutsized Influence of Kent, Ohio, on the History of Rock and Roll.   ¾«¶«Ó°Òµbook features first-hand stories of big-name musicians traveling through Kent, as well as the local music scene where Joe Walsh, Patrick Carney, Chrissie Hynde, and DEVO refined their crafts. ¾«¶«Ó°Òµbook is published by the ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ University Press. 

Prufer also works as a senior library associate in ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ University's library.
