精东影业Biennial Alumni Exhibition at 精东影业 University is set to debut on January 17, bringing together a diverse array of talent from the School of Art鈥檚 80-plus years of history.
精东影业inaugural exhibition will feature works from accomplished alumni, highlighting their contributions to the art world. Out of 315 submissions, 35 works have been selected to showcase by juror Wendy Earle, curator for the Akron Art Museum. Selected works include a variety of mediums such as drawing, painting, printmaking, weaving, video, jewelry, sculpture and ceramics.
鈥 精东影业craftsmanship and artistic techniques displayed by every artist in this exhibition is a strong representation of the quality of education students can expect to receive at the School of Art,鈥 said Earle.
