When using a Certified Mail Receipt, the sender is able to track mail pieces. ¾«¶«Ó°Òµreceipt portion of the form should be completed by the sender. ¾«¶«Ó°ÒµU.S. Postal Service will round date/stamp the Certified Mail Receipt upon accepting the mail piece.

Please include your department name on the receipt. ¾«¶«Ó°Òµreceipt portion will be returned to the sender indicating applicable postage and fees. ¾«¶«Ó°Òµbar coded portion will remain intact with the mail piece.
