Delivery Confirmation allows the sender to track mail pieces within the United States only. ¾«¶«Ó°ÒµU.S. Postal Service will round date/stamp the Delivery Confirmation Receipt upon accepting the mail piece. ¾«¶«Ó°Òµreceipt portion will be returned to the sender. ¾«¶«Ó°Òµbar coded portion will remain intact with the mail piece.

¾«¶«Ó°ÒµReceipt portion of the form should be completed by the sender, including the department name. ¾«¶«Ó°Òµreceipt is returned to the department indicating applicable postage and fees.
