¾«¶«Ó°ÒµReturn Receipt is used to accompany a Certified Mail Receipt of an insured mail piece. ¾«¶«Ó°Òµrecipient signs the Return Receipt and it is sent back to the sender as proof of delivery. To ensure that your department receives the signed form back, your department name must appear on the Return Receipt form.
