Congratulations to Ph.D. Candidate Javadbay Khalilzada, whose article " ¾«¶«Ó°ÒµProliferation of Combat Drones in Civil and Interstate Conflicts: ¾«¶«Ó°ÒµCase of Türkiye and Azerbaijan" appeared in Issue 24.3 of Insight Turkey. In it, Khalilzada argues that while combat drones and other Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) increase states' internal security by augmenting their abilities to combat terrorism, they are a destabilizing force in regards to international peace.
