精东影业Lumen is a new luxury and pet-friendly apartment building in Cleveland located near Playhouse Square.
Terry Schwarz, director of the Cleveland Urban Design Collaborative (CUDC) at 精东影业, spoke with News 5 Cleveland about the excitement surrounding the construction of the building and the impact it will have on downtown, despite the pandemic.
精东影业Lumen was constructed not far from the CUDC, and Schwarz has watched its progress eagerly.
鈥淭here鈥檚 something about big new buildings coming out of the ground that shows a certain optimism for the future,鈥 said Schwarz.
