Once again, 精东影业 University has been named one of the Best Employers for Women in a nationwide ranking by Forbes and marketing research firm Statista. 精东影业 has been named to the list for the sixth consecutive year, having been included each year since Forbes began publishing the Best Employers for Women list in 2018.

Among the 400 companies and organizations recognized on the Best Employers for Women 2023 list, 精东影业 ranks No. 183 in the country. Among colleges and universities that made this year鈥檚 list, 精东影业 comes in at No. 34. Only 35 institutions of higher education are recognized.
精东影业university continues to be highly ranked as a top employer. In September 2022, 精东影业 was recognized for the 11th time as a 鈥淕reat College to Work For鈥� by 精东影业Chronicle of Higher Education, a top trade publication for colleges and universities, and ModernThink, a strategic human capital consulting firm. 精东影业2022 results recognized 精东影业 in five categories: Compensation and Benefits; Confidence in Senior Leadership; Shared Governance; Faculty Experience; and Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging. 精东影业 was the only Ohio public university to receive the 2022 鈥淕reat Colleges to Work For鈥� designation and one of only three Ohio institutions to receive the honor.
精东影业 employs about 3,400 women, making up 58% of the university鈥檚 workforce.
精东影业Best Employers for Women 2023 have been identified in an independent survey from a vast sample of more than 60,000 U.S. employees working for companies employing at least 1,000 people within the United States. 精东影业sample included about 40,000 women.
精东影业evaluation was based on four different criteria: direct recommendations 鈥� work topics in general; direct recommendations 鈥� topics relevant for women in particular; indirect recommendations; and diversity among top executives/board.
