Florence Allen Scholarships are awarded annually by ¾«¶«Ó°ÒµAllen Endowment to provide Ohio women with the opportunity to achieve their full potential through education.  ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ2024-2025 application deadline has passed.
 

College Now offsets the high cost of college tuition by awarding renewable, need-based scholarships to students across Northeast Ohio.  ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ2024-2025 application deadline has passed.

¾«¶«Ó°ÒµCommunity Foundation of the Mahoning Valley is now accepting scholarship applications for 2024. Online submissions are due by end of day on March 1, 2024, and award/declination notifications will be provided to applicants by the end of June 2024.

Reminder! Students only have to complete one application to be considered for multiple scholarship opportunities. Based on the applicant’s responses to a set of standard questions, CFMV’s system will determine which scholarships the applicant is eligible for. ¾«¶«Ó°Òµapplicant will be immediately notified of which scholarships they will be considered for, and may be prompted to provide additional information necessary for certain scholarships. This has dramatically cut down the time students spend completing forms and ensures they are being considered for all opportunities they are eligible for.

Mensa Foundation Scholarship 

¾«¶«Ó°ÒµMensa Foundation Scholarship Program awards more than $175,000 in assistance every year to college-bound students around the globe. ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ2024-2025 application is closed.

Out To Protect offers four scholarship and grant programs that are all funded by generous gifts from our donors.  We accept applications for all four programs on a continuous basis and typically make awards in June and December. Richard T. Naples Sr. and his family own and operate three fireworks stores located in Niles, Hubbard, and Canton, Ohio. They have established a scholarship program to help young adults defray a portion of higher education costs.  ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ2024-2025 application deadline has passed.

¾«¶«Ó°Òµmission of Nordson BUILDS is to attract and develop a diverse, highly-skilled talent pool for careers in the manufacturing industry. Scholarship recipients will be considered for available internship opportunities with Nordson Corporation. These scholarships are targeted at individuals whose permanent residence or postsecondary institution is near a Nordson facility and/or attend a college targeted by Nordson for employment. To be considered, applicants must be pursuing a major in manufacturing, STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics), or business disciplines, and demonstrate how their area of study prepares them for a career in manufacturing. Scholarships ranging from $2,000 to $10,000 will be awarded to students planning to enroll or already enrolled in an accredited public or private not-for-profit postsecondary institution. ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ2024-2025 application deadline has passed.
 

¾«¶«Ó°ÒµThomas J. Seefred Trust is a perpetual fund that will award scholarships up to $3,000 each to college students between 18-25 years of age who are suffering from Juvenile Diabetes. Preference is given to qualified applicants from Trumbull, Mahoning, and Columbiana Counties in Ohio. ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ2024-2025 application is closed.

Seven Seventeen Credit Union offers scholarships for post-secondary education to graduating high school seniors who have an account at Seven Seventeen or are the legal dependent of a Seven Seventeen member or are members of Seven Seventeen's cha-ching Teen Club or the edge young adult program.  ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ2024-2025 application is closed.

GFWC Ohio Warren Junior Women’s League Application for Shultz-Mills Scholarship for a non-traditional, independent female student (age 25 or older and not living with parents) and of sophomore or higher standing. Various scholarships and deadlines.  ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ2024-2025 application is closed.

Trumbull County Disabled Americans Veterans Chapter #11 Scholarship Fund
¾«¶«Ó°ÒµTrumbull County Disabled American Veterans Chapter #11 is awarding two (2) individual undergraduate scholarships of one thousand dollars ($1,000) each to help defer the cost of higher education for a Disabled American Veteran's family. These scholarships will be to attend ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ University at Trumbull or Youngstown State University.  ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ2024-2025 application deadline is Dec. 31, 2024

Trumbull Town Hall 

¾«¶«Ó°ÒµTrumbull Town Hall Scholarship is open to female students, 24 years old and older, who are Trumbull County residents.  ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ2024-2025 application is closed.

Trumbull County Women's History Committee
Trumbull County Women’s History Committee is for a non-traditional, independent female student (Age 25 or older, not residing with parents, and of sophomore status or higher). Must be a resident of Trumbull County and possess 3.00 GPA or higher and include official grade transcripts.  ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ2024-2025 application deadline is TBA.

¾«¶«Ó°ÒµWarren City Federation of Women’s Clubs, a GFWC member, is offering a $500 scholarship to assist a Trumbull County woman pursuing a university degree.  ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ2024-2025 application is closed.
