¾«¶«Ó°Òµmembers and the Chair of the Colloquium Committee are appointed by the Department Chair.  ¾«¶«Ó°ÒµCommittee advises the Chair on visiting writers and speakers.  Periodically it arranges for informal faculty colloquia at Kent and on the Regional Campuses.
