¾«¶«Ó°Òµ University's winter closure schedule for 2025 will begin Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2025, at 10:30 p.m. All offices will re-open on Monday, Jan. 5, 2026.

• ¾«¶«Ó°ÒµDecember biweekly pays will be on Dec. 12 and 26. ¾«¶«Ó°ÒµDecember semi-monthly paychecks will be issued on Dec. 15 and 31.
• ¾«¶«Ó°ÒµJanuary biweekly pays will be on Jan. 9 and 23. ¾«¶«Ó°ÒµJanuary semi-monthly paychecks will be issued on Jan. 15 and 30.

Employees who are not eligible for paid leave include student employees, classified temporary staff, temporary agency staff, short-term unclassified appointments, unclassified intermittent appointments, and employees in a lay-off status. Additional details about the holiday schedule and how employees should report their time during this period will be communicated in early December.
