¾«¶«Ó°Òµgoal of the Transitional Work Program is to make every reasonable effort to provide suitable alternative work options or reasonable accommodations for a ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ employee who is unable to perform his/her regular job duties as the result of a work-related injury or illness. 

¾«¶«Ó°ÒµTransitional Work Program is available to all employees.
