¾«¶«Ó°Òµ University at Stark helps 3,500 students find their passion and develop a roadmap to their future. As ¾«¶«Ó°Òµâ€™s largest regional campus, students receive an affordable, university education on a beautiful 200-acre campus with a private college feel. Our student-faculty ratio of 21:1 means ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ Stark’s 300 faculty and staff are dedicated to encouraging students to achieve their personal and academic goals. Students have the opportunity to begin coursework in 370+ ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ world-class programs of study or choose from bachelor's and associate degrees, minors and certificates that can be completed entirely at the Stark Campus. Stark County’s only public university, ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ Stark was founded in 1946 and continues today improving the quality of life for this region, spurring a total economic impact in Northeast Ohio of $124.5 million.

ENROLLMENT

¾«¶«Ó°Òµ Stark serves 3,500 students year-round. 800 middle and high school students from the Stark County area take advantage of the College Credit Plus program.

FACULTY

¾«¶«Ó°Òµ Stark has 200 faculty. ¾«¶«Ó°Òµmajority of full-time faculty hold a Ph.D. or a terminal degree in their field. ¾«¶«Ó°Òµstudent-faculty ratio is 21-to-1; allowing dedicated professors to work closely with students, helping them achieve success inside the classroom and beyond.

CONFERENCE CENTER

¾«¶«Ó°Òµ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ Stark Conference Center is an advanced meeting and events facility and is among the few in the state to receive the stringent accreditation of the International Association of Conference Centers. Skilled multimedia specialists attend to every detail of corporate meetings and events, and expert event planning and catering staff guarantee memorable experiences at the many luncheons, fundraisers and dinners held at the center.
