Roger J DiPaolo Poetry Scholarship

¾«¶«Ó°ÒµRoger J. DiPaolo Wick Poetry Scholarship was established at the Portage Foundation in 2022 by Roger’s family. Roger loved poetry and it is his family’s wish to encourage others in the writing and appreciation of poetry. ¾«¶«Ó°Òµscholarship is awarded annually to a ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ University student in any year of study who has an interest in writing poetry. ¾«¶«Ó°Òµscholarship is for $1,000 will be paid directly to ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ University and is not renewable.

¾«¶«Ó°Òµrecommendation for the recipient of the scholarship recipient will be made by representatives of the Wick Poetry Center, the DiPaolo Family and the Portage Foundation. ¾«¶«Ó°ÒµBoard of Trustees of the Portage Foundation will approve the selection of the scholarship recipient.

• Entries must be submitted between January 1 and March 8. 

Winners are notified each May.
